134,602 IDs and 38,928 birth certificates are ready for collection – Huduma Kenya.

Kenyan citizens who have applied for IDs, Smart Driving Licenses, and Birth Certificates are encouraged to visit Huduma Centers to collect their documents.

According to a notice released on Friday, Huduma Centre announced that 134,602 National Identification cards are available for collection across all 53 Huduma Centres nationwide. Additionally, 38,928 birth certificates and 45,575 smart driving licenses are also ready for collection.

Furthermore, Huduma Kenya stated that biometric services for driver’s licenses will be offered at 15 selected Huduma Centres nationwide. These centers include GPO, Kibra, Mombasa, Nyeri, Embu, Meru, Kakamega, Eldoret, Thika, Kericho, Nakuru, Kisii, Kisumu, Garissa, and Machakos.

Huduma Centres provide a range of services including the issuance of driver’s licenses, national identity cards, National Social Security Fund (NSSF) services, National Health Insurance Fund registration and claims, HELB student loan applications and repayments, registration of welfare groups, issuance of police abstracts, single business permits, and stamp duty assessment, among others.
