A court sitting in Kisii will next Friday be moved to Baby Sagini’s home where two key witnesses are expected to give their accounts at the crime scene.

The investigation officer who was set to testify postponed his testimony until Friday owing to the sensitive nature of other cases he is handling.

Two witnesses, the arresting officer and the scene of crime officer testified before Principal Magistrate Christine Ogweno during the hearing of Baby Sagini’s case whose eyes were gouged out in December last year at Ikuruma Village in Marani Kisii County.

According to Ogweno, the three suspects Pacificah Nyakerario, Rael Nyakerario And Maina Ochogo will be produced on Friday at the crime scene.

The court also directed Kisii central OCS as well as the DCI to ensure that they provide maximum security during the Ikuruma village court session.
