The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has instructed candidates who completed various examinations in 2022 and 2023 to collect their certificates from their respective institutions. KNEC stated that certificates for the 2022 KCSE, 2022 and 2023 DTE (Diploma in Teacher Education), DSNE (Diploma in Special Needs Education), and ECDE (Early Childhood Development Education) are now available for collection.

Furthermore, certificates for PTE (Primary Teacher Examination), UDPTE (Upgrade Programme for the Diploma in Primary Teacher Education), and UDECTE (Upgrade Programme for the Diploma in Early Childhood Teacher Education) have been dispatched. The certificates have been sent to the schools where the candidates took their exams.

“If you have been eagerly awaiting your certificate, it is now available for pick-up at the institution where you sat the exam,” KNEC announced in a statement.

The council congratulated all candidates and emphasized the importance of promptly collecting their certificates. KNEC also provided instructions for candidates with queries, directing them to submit queries online through the Query Management Information System (QMIS). Queries must be submitted within 30 days of certificate release and will incur a fee of Sh 5,000, payable through a Pay Bill number generated by QMIS after application verification.
