A 23-year-old woman, Snenhlanhla Mathosi, was tragically st@bbed to d3ath by her ex-boyfriend at her workplace in Protea Glen Mall, Soweto, South Africa.

The incident happened on Sunday, 4 May 2025 at Pick n Pay, where she worked.

The suspect was quickly arrested at the scene.

The incident has sparked outrage across the country, with many calling for justice on social media.

Public Safety MMC Mgcini Tshwaku visited the mall and local police station following the attack.

There are unconfirmed reports that the knife used may have been bought nearby.
