A Kenyan man named Mark Radiance has announced that his marriage to Rodah has come to an end, revealing that the couple had separated before attempting to reconcile.

In a statement shared online, Mark said he and Rodah had unanimously decided to part ways, asking friends, family and their followers to respect their decision as they navigate the transition.

New Marriage Faced Challenges

The announcement comes after what appears to have been a difficult journey for the couple, who separated only a month after their wedding.

According to Mark, the couple initially broke up about a month after exchanging their vows. However, interventions by his “Father in the Lord” saw them reconsider their decision to try again.

Mark said they made efforts to make the relationship work, but those attempts ultimately did not yield the outcome they hoped for.

“All attempts to make things work have always been to futility,” he said, adding that the couple eventually parted ways again in August 2026.

Separation for Their Own Good

While acknowledging that the end of the marriage was painful, Mark said he was grateful that they had reached a decision they believed was beneficial to both of them.

He also acknowledged the emotional weight of the situation, saying they regretted that the marriage had ended but recognised that life had to continue.

“We regret it has happened, but again there’s a life to live and a reason behind everything,” he wrote.

Despite the end of their marriage, Mark spoke warmly about Rodah, describing her as a wonderful wife and wishing her well in the next chapter of her life.

“To you, Rodah, you’re a wonderful wife, and you’re defined the best as I have always told you,” he said.
