The United States has increased the number of Nigerians facing deportation to 132 and released the names and photographs of those affected.
US immigration authorities have publicly identified 14 Nigerians from the updated list, while some of the individuals are being held at a detention facility in Oakdale, Louisiana.
The publication of the names and photographs comes as US authorities intensify deportation activity involving Nigerian nationals facing removal proceedings.

The updated figure means 132 Nigerians are now listed for deportation by the United States. Authorities have also made the names and photographs available publicly through the relevant US government website.
