A 78-year-old man from Juba is calling on the public for support after his wife gave birth to triplets, leaving the couple with immediate and pressing needs for their three newborns.
Kuot Kiir Deng and his wife, Nyanut Anyar, welcomed the babies at Juba Teaching Hospital on September 3, 2026, in what has been described as the 20th recorded case of triplets in South Sudan since the beginning of the year.
Family Struggles to Meet Newborns’ Needs
With three infants now in their care, the family says it is facing significant pressure in meeting the everyday demands of the babies, including milk, diapers, clothing and medical attention.
Kuot has reached out to friends, relatives and any kind-hearted members of the public willing to lend a hand during what the family describes as a challenging period.
According to the family, any gesture of support is welcome, whether prayers, personal visits or material assistance.
