TikTok spiritualist Muyu is breaking her silence after a drama involving actress Star Chebet spilt into the open, reigniting a feud that apparently traces back to 2024.
The controversy resurfaced after Truth Watchdog shared what he said were WhatsApp messages from Chebet, in which the actress allegedly asked him to publicly call out Muyu over something she claims the spiritualist did to her. That move appears to have pushed Muyu past her limits.
Muyu sets the record straight
In a TikTok video posted on October 8, 2026, Muyu delivered an emotionally charged monologue filmed against a plain dark background.
Speaking directly into the camera with expressive hand gestures and shifting facial expressions, she recounted that Chebet was the one who first sought her out in 2024, reportedly after noticing Muyu’s label and becoming curious about her work.
Muyu claimed that when she visited Nairobi, Chebet wanted to meet up and come to her place, but Muyu declined and instead suggested they meet at a friend’s place.
According to Muyu, the two never met again after that, and she says Chebet has not been able to reach her since.
What frustrated Muyu most, she said, was that Chebet had taken to redirecting all her calls through Watchdog and other mutual friends rather than confronting her directly.
Muyu pointed out that she has never insulted Chebet and that she has proof of every interaction between them.

Muyu was particularly animated when addressing Watchdog, reminding him of a moment in 2024 when he allegedly called her a cult leader, adding that she found that accusation deeply unfair.
She challenged anyone doubting her account to look into the actual history between the parties involved before passing judgement.
She confirmed she intends to go live to share the full story, saying she would lay out everything that happened between her and Chebet for her followers to hear.
