Karangu Muraya marked a proud family milestone on Friday, October 16, when his daughter Arianna graduated from Pre-Primary Two and earned a rare honour to go with her certificate.
The little girl, dressed in a black graduation gown with a bright pink sash reading “Congrats” in gold lettering, completed her PP2 level and will transition to Grade 1 when the new school year begins.

Photographs from the occasion show Arianna beaming in her black mortarboard cap, clutching a large bouquet of pink roses, white flowers and Kenyan shilling banknotes fanned out in a red-ribboned wrap.
Standing beside her was her mother Carol, dressed elegantly in a sleeveless lilac lace dress and long black braids, sharing the bouquet with her daughter as the two posed in front of a pair of black SUVs
Beyond simply moving up a class, Arianna walked away with something even more memorable. Her school awarded her a compassionate certificate for being the most compassionate girl in her class, a distinction that clearly moved her father deeply.
Karangu shared the images on social media, writing:
“I am super proud of my Arianna as she graduates to Grade 1. On top of that, my girl has been awarded a compassionate certificate as the most compassionate girl in her class 🥰 May God protect you, darling. Thank you, my Carol, for being a good mum.”
