Police in Eldoret on Monday arrested a woman who is alleged to have stabbed her two children to death.
According to police, preliminary investigations established that the 26-year-old woman was distressed by persistent marital feuds with her husband.
She is said to have picked a knife and attacked the two children aged two and six years before attempting to commit suicide.
“The scene was processed and documented by CSI personnel and blood stained knife recovered as exhibit from the scene,” said police in a statement.
The woman is set to be arraigned.
