Police in Kwale County are probing an incident where a German tourist was found dead in a hotel room in Diani.
Krieger Marion’s body was found in the resort she had rented with her boyfriend Ephrem Tafare Gebru who is Ethiopian.
According to a police report, Gebru found Marion’s body hanging in the bathroom using a waist belt.
The couple entered this country on the 19th of this month and were expected to leave on Tuesday.
They are said to have quarrelled before the man was found dead.
Marion’s body has been taken to the Jocham Hospital mortuary in Mombasa County.
