Over 400 cows were allegedly stolen by the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) soldiers in Kacheliba Sub County, West Pokot County on Wednesday, November 29.
Lopeta Nduywa, who was grazing the herd of cattle which included some belonging to his brother Tukuk Rodinyo, reported that at around 3:00 PM, UPDF soldiers forcefully seized the cattle and drove them towards Uganda.
