Social media personality Wanja Nyarari has opened up on her close friendship with President William Ruto and how the latter has consistently come through for her.
In a statement shared across her social media platforms on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Nyarari hailed Ruto as a true friend who understands loyalty and protection.
According to the social media personality, the real test of friendship comes during storms and those who don’t meet the cut need to be cut off immediately.
“This is a reminder to everyone. If someone calls themselves your friend but says they are too busy to stand with you in your low moments or defend your name in your absence, cut them off. Real friends do not only appear in celebrations, but they also stand with you in the storm,” Wanja said.
Ruto’s protection amid traps and sabotage
She recounted that Ruto has protected her on several occasions when enemies lay traps on her path, including some from the same camp.
“If there is someone I know who understands loyalty and protection as a friend, it is President William Samoei Ruto. Many times, enemies have set traps for me, but he has stood firm and protected me. Sometimes I remain silent and simply watch as enemies, even those within the same camp, plot against me, yet their plans always fail,” she stated.
She alleged sabotage, promising to give a full account of her experience with the same in the shadows of power during her friendship with the president.
“One day I will give a full account of how some people within the same circles work against their own leaders, thinking they are sabotaging others, yet in reality, they only sabotage progress. Unfortunately, this spirit of jealousy exists even in workplaces everywhere.
Wanja Nyarari celebrates loyalty
The social media personality claimed that she has been the target of bloggers deployed to push certain narratives and paid by jealous individuals.
“There is more to life than what appears on screens, and no one has the entitlement to audit anyone’s life. My enemies even screenshot bloggers’ posts and send them just to push a narrative,” she wrote.
She wrapped up her message by celebrating loyalty and cautioning people against sabotaging others.
“Today I celebrate Loyalty, I am just happy to know God protects me and defends my name even when I am not aware I am a topic,” she added.
