Nurse Judy has said that a broke nurse in America is lazy, making strong remarks while speaking about her earnings and experience working in the United States.
She made the remarks while addressing criticism from some nurses who questioned her statements about pay in America. Nurse Judy said her experience in nursing shows that it is possible to earn well if one works in the right roles.
“This right here, A broke Nurse in America is definitely a lazy nurse. PERIOD!!” Nurse Judy said on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
She added that she was responding to what she described as negative reactions from some Kenyan nurses in America. Nurse Judy said some people accuse her of lying about nursing pay, but she insisted that her experience proves otherwise.

“Ebu call those roho chafu Kenyan nurses in America always yapping how I’m lying about nursing pay in America!” she said.
She went on to explain how much she had earned within a short period. Nurse Judy said her income came from strike money and a high-paying concierge nursing job, which contributed to her earnings.
“I mean, tell me how between January 15 and March 20 I already made 60000usd (Cz strike money and high-paying Concierge nursing gig)!!!” Nurse Judy said.
Breaking down her statement
She explained that her message was based on her personal experience in the nursing field in America. Nurse Judy said that different opportunities exist and that income can vary depending on the type of work one chooses.
She added that she believes effort and opportunity play a key role in determining success. Nurse Judy said that nurses who feel stuck may be limiting themselves by not exploring better options.

“And of course nurse Judy is always lying to those who project their own limitations!!!!” she said.
She further explained that she often faces criticism from people who disagree with her views. Nurse Judy said that some of the comments she receives are based on personal frustrations rather than facts.
She emphasised that her statements are meant to share her own experience and not to represent every nurse’s situation. Nurse Judy said that nursing in America has many paths, and results can differ based on effort and opportunity.
