Police are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body at the Globe Cinema area in Nairobi City, found by the public at a riverbank on May 15. The body, naked and with no visible injuries, had been swept downstream and was stuck at the riverbank when discovered. Central police boss Doris Kimeli stated that they are probing the death and have moved the body to the mortuary for identification and autopsy.

In a separate incident in Kasarani’s Clay City area, a 30-year-old man named John Wangundu was found dead in his house, with foam oozing from his nose. Police recovered a suicide note and two empty pesticide bottles from the scene. Wangundu’s body was transported to Kenyatta Hospital Mortuary awaiting autopsy.

Similarly, in Ganze, Kilifi, a 34-year-old man identified as Hance Baraka Yaa was found dead in his house in a suspected suicide. Yaa’s body was discovered hanging from the roof with a rope around his neck. The motive behind the incident remains unknown, and the body has been moved to the mortuary for autopsy.
