Leslie Muturi, the son of Attorney General Justin Muturi, is missing and suspected to have been either kidnapped or arrested by unknown individuals in Nairobi’s Lavington area.

Attorney General Muturi confirmed that the family has not yet located Leslie. “He has not yet been found,” AG Muturi stated in a message on Sunday at approximately 11:30 am. The incident has been reported to the police.

Embakasi West MP Mark Mwenje revealed the incident on the night of Saturday, June 22, while standing next to the four-wheel drive vehicle that Leslie was using at the time of his alleged abduction. However, the police have stated that they are unaware of who took the man, who is approximately 40 years old. Further updates are expected.
