Over the weekend, Anerlisa Muigai got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Melvin Ibrahim.

Known for keeping her private life off the limelight, the affluent personality has again pulled a fast one on her fans and followers.

Not much is known about Melvin, but he manages Apex Automotive, a car dealership located in Nairobi.

The dealership imports vehicles from Japan, the UK, South Africa, and Australia and deals with buying and selling locally used cars.

Rumours of the alleged engagement gained traction following a grand party hosted at Anerlisa’s parents’ home in Naivasha.

Adding to the intrigue, her parents, Nakuru Senator Tabitha Karanja and business Tycoon Joseph Karanja, invited the who is who in the political sphere to commemorate their daughter’s wedding proposal.

The affair was graced by notable personalities, including nominated senators Tabitha Mutinda, Esther Okenyuri, and Hamida Kibwana, who showcased their elegance in stylish ensembles.

Senator Mutinda took to social media to share glimpses of the splendid occasion, capturing the festive ambience and the beaming faces of the attendees.

Anerlisa’s mother stole the spotlight in a striking long pink kitenge attire with touches of jungle green, epitomizing sophistication and poise.

The announcement stirred a wave of congratulatory messages from Kenyans, celebrating Anerlisa’s engagement.

Nevertheless, despite the buzz surrounding the event, the Keroche heiress has opted to remain tight-lipped about the specifics.

Anerlisa’s engagement comes two years after her divorce from Tanzanian star Ben Pol in 2021, after they got engaged in 2018 in an equally hush-hush affair.
