On the same day and on the same heartbreaking note, TikToker Faustine Lipuku, popularly known as Baba Talisha, expressed shock and grief following the sudden death of a close friend who was killed in a road accident along Nairobi’s Northern Bypass.

Upon enquiring, he was informed by colleagues that the young man had not yet reported to work but was expected to arrive later.

“What a sad day. This boy right here was a very good friend. He used to wash cars at the carwash next to Jaggy Pure Kienyeji Chicken in Thome. On Sunday, I passed by the carwash as usual to wash my car, and I found he was not there. When I asked his colleagues, they said he had not come to work, but he was on the way,” he wrote.

However, the situation took a tragic turn when he later received a direct message on Instagram informing him that the young man had passed away.

He disclosed that the deceased had been hit by a vehicle near the Windsor area, just after Habanos along the Northern Bypass, while on his way to work that same day.

The impact of the accident was fatal, with reports indicating that he died on the spot.

Baba Talisha described the news as deeply shocking, noting that the loss had left him struggling to come to terms with the reality of what had happened.
