The High Court has invalidated the appointment of Anthony Mwaura as the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Justice Francis Gikonyo ruled that Mwaura’s appointment was unlawful because it occurred while he was facing corruption charges.
