Arsenal midfielder, Jorginho will sign a three-year contract with Flamengo that will see him remain at the club until 2028.

This was disclosed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano in a post on his X account on Monday night.

According to Romano, the Italy international will join the Brazilian club as a free agent from Arsenal at the end of the season.

He wrote, “Jorginho set to join Flamengo on free transfer, here we go!

“Plan confirmed since January and deal set to be sealed for the midfielder who’s leaving Arsenal in June.

“Three year deal until 2028 at Flamengo verbally agreed, as @venecasagrande
reports. Jorginho said yes.”

Jorginho joined Chelsea from Serie A side Napoli in 2018.

After five years at Stamford Bridge, the 33-year-old made a switch to Arsenal in 2023.
