At least 28 people, including three children, were injured on Sunday when a Russian-guided bomb struck a high-rise building in Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine, according to local officials.

Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported via Telegram that the attack caused a fire in the residential high-rise and also damaged civilian infrastructure.

Kharkiv, one of Ukraine’s largest cities and a significant industrial hub, is frequently targeted by Russian bombs, missiles, and drones due to its proximity to the Russian border.
