The Atheists in Kenya Society president Harrison Mumia on Thursday, honoured an invite to attend the National Prayer Breakfast meeting at Safari Park Hotel. However, this came as a surprise due to Mumia’s affiliation with the Atheist Community and being the President of the association.

In a tweet, on Wednesday, the Atheists In Kenya Society said it had been invited by the Parliament’s Prayer Breakfast Committee to attend the National Prayer Breakfast at the Safari Park Hotel.

“This invitation is unprecedented in Kenyan history and a welcomed gesture,” the society said.
