Sensational Tiktoker Brian Chira is in police custody for allegedly defaming internet personality Azziad Nasenya.

This is according to Azziad’s lawyer identified as Gertrude Kibare.

Speaking during her appearance on Eve Mungai Youtube channel, the lawyer stated that Chira was arrested in Nakuru before he was booked into a police station near Wilson Airport.

She claims Chira used defamatory statements against Azziad through his TikTok on a live session recorded last week. The controversial content creator is also accused of sharing her personal contacts with his audience.

“Some time last week he went live online and also shared Azziad’s contacts. My client has been buzzed with a lot of calls and messages since then. Chira allegedly committed computer misuse and cyber crimes and my client decided to pursue the matter legally. The matter is under investigation,” the advocate stated.

Brian Chira attacked

This comes barely days after Chira was allegedly attacked by three men whom he claims stormed into his house around 9 PM.

Chira who appeared swollen on the face gave a detailed recount of his attack saying the trio ambushed him while he was preparing a meal.

He says the angry men poured his omena stew into the sink before demanding money from him.

According to Chira, the robbers took off with his phone, laptop and a few house items with an estimated worth of Ksh70,000.

He claimed his face was swollen since one of the thugs dragged him on the floor as he would not cooperate.
