Ballon d’Or 2025: This is my best chance to win award – Salah

Liverpool talisman, Mohamed Salah, has said this is his “best chance” to take home the Ballon d’Or.

Salah has enjoyed an impressive campaign with the Reds as they lifted the Premier League title.

So far, the 32-year-old has recorded 28 goals and 18 assists. The Egyptian also leads the race for the league’s Golden Boot.

The Ballon d’Or winner for this year will be announced on September 22 and Salah remains one of the favourites to win.

“I would say I never had a season like this and winning big trophies.

“So I would say this is my best chance to get it right now while I’m in the club because it’s been a crazy year, a crazy season with a trophy,” Salah told Sky Sports.

Salah is facing competition from Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembélé and Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal for the Ballon d’Or.
