Bayern Munich legend, Michael Rummenigge has praised Victor Boniface for his impressive scoring abilities.

Boniface has been outstanding since linking up with Bundesliga leaders, Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.

The Nigerian has scored 10 goals in 12 games across all competitions for Die Werkself.

Rummenigge eulogised Boniface and labelled him a top goal scorer.

“Jonas Hofmann has continued to improve because of his better teammates, Granit Xhaka is a real winner and Victor Boniface is a top goalscorer,” Rummenigge said on Sport.

“There is also Alejandro Grimaldo, who is even a goal threat as a full-back.”

The 22-year-old won the Bundesliga Player of the Month award in August.

He also won the Rookie of the Month award for August and September.
