The head teacher of a primary school in Buteba village, Teso South sub-county, Busia county, was fatally shot by assailants who raided his house and made away with money that had been stored in boxes.

According to Charles Emoto’s widow, Prisca Amoit, thugs raided their house on Wednesday night, armed with guns and axes and stole money in two boxes.

“The money included collections from members of a group the couple belonged to,” she said.
