“It strengthens our bodies, clears our minds, improves our health, and reminds us to take care of ourselves,” she said.

Ndinda encouraged people to choose any activity that suits them instead of feeling pressure to follow one form of exercise. She explained that walking, dancing, cycling and going to the gym are all good ways to remain active and improve overall health.

“Whether you walk, run, dance, cycle, or hit the gym… just keep moving. Your body will thank you for it,” she said.

Her comments come at a time when running clubs are becoming more common across the country. More people are taking fitness seriously by joining group runs and making exercise part of their daily routines. Ndinda is also known for keeping an active lifestyle, as she regularly goes for morning runs when she is not spending time working out at the gym.
