This weekend, the penultimate games before the last international break of this season, will be played in the Premier League.

Of course, this gives a sense of the business end of the campaign.

The big game of this weekend will be Arsenal’s trip to Manchester United on Sunday.

However, before that clash at Old Trafford, there will be fixtures where we could see shock results.

1. Nottingham Forest vs Man City: Many teams have found a trip to the City Ground difficult this season. Nuno Espirito Santo’s men have been one of the big stories of this campaign. And they host the champions in Saturday’s early kick-off sitting in third place. City have been in nonchalant form and could drop more points against a team that is challenging for Champions League spots.

2. Liverpool vs Southampton: To many people, this game is a dead rubber. It is essentially top agains bottom and the Saints are expected to lose at Anfield. But he that is down needs no fall. Southampton have nothing to fight for, but could prove to be party poopers, especially with Liverpool having an eye on their Champions League second leg against PSG.

3. Chelsea vs Leicester City: From the time that Chelsea’s title ambitions faded off, they have become an indifferent team and you don’t quite know what version will turn up. Of course, this could be linked to Cole Palmer’s drop off in form and injuries to key attacking players. But in Leicester City, they will have a tricky opponent that is capable of pulling off any kind of result.
