The English Premier League (EPL) match-day 12 will commence on Saturday afternoon as Wolves host Tottenham Hotspur at Molineux Stadium.
Chelsea and Manchester City will play the last Premier League game for this weekend’s fixture on Sunday evening at Stamford Bridge.
Five matches will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
Newsunplugke reports the four fixtures fans could probably see shocking results this weekend.
1. Man United vs Luton Town: This match will take place on Saturday evening at Old Trafford, and the kick-off time is 4 pm Nigerian time. The Red Devils currently sit in the 8th position on the Premier League table with 18 points from 11 games, while Luton are in 17th position with six points from the same number of games. Luton drew 1-1 in their last Premier League tie against Liverpool, who are above Man United on the log. They could build on that result and surprise Erik ten Hag’s side in front of their home supporters by getting a point or three points.
2. Arsenal vs Burnley: Burnley are the underdogs going into this clash against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium on Saturday. Burnley lost 2-0 in their last game against Crystal Palace, while the Gunners also lost 1-0 against Newcastle United. Burnley currently sit in 19th position on the Premier League table with four points from 11 games, while Mikel Arteta’s men are in fourth position on the log with 24 points from the same number of games. However, anything can happen as Vincent Kompany’s side will be hoping to avoid defeat against Arsenal.
3. Liverpool vs Brentford: Liverpool failed to win their last Premier game as they drew 1-1 against Luton Town, while Brentford won 3-2 against West Ham. The Reds sit in the third position on the log with 24 points from 11 games, while The Bees are in 9th position with 16 points from the number of games. Brentford could pull out a shock result against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday as Jurgen Klopp’s side also lost 3-2 on Thursday against Toulouse in the UEFA Europa League.
4. Wolves vs Tottenham: Both teams failed to win their last Premier League matches against Sheffield United and Chelsea, respectively. Wolves lost 2-1 against Sheffield in an away tie, while Spurs lost 4-1 against Chelsea at home. Wolves are in 14th position on the log with just 12 points from eleven games, while Tottenham sit in second position with 26 points from the same number of matches. However, Gary O’Neil’s side could get a good result against Tottenham at Molineux Stadium. The match will take place on Saturday at 1:30 pm, Nigerian time.
