Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told fans to give their tickets away if they are not ready to support the team in Saturday’s clash against Arsenal.

Klopp was left unimpressed with the Anfield atmosphere as they thrashed West Ham 5-1 to qualify for the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

The Reds boss felt the crowd were flat following last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United.

He has now demanded more ahead of the top-of-the-table clash with Arsenal.

“We need Anfield on Saturday. Arsenal didn’t play this week. They’ve prepared for this game and anyone who knows anything about them knows they will be prepared.

“So we need Anfield on their toes from the first second, without me having an argument with the opposition coach.

“If it is too much football in December, if you are not in the right shape, give your ticket to somebody else,” Klopp said.
