Manchester United’s new minority owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has given the green light for 11 players to leave the Premier League club.

According to ESPN, Ratcliffe has signed off on a major overhaul of the club’s first-team squad this summer.

The transfer window will be used to conduct a clearout, with 11 players up for sale.

Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Raphael Varane, Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof, Jadon Sancho, Donny van de Beek, Brandon Williams, and Facundo Pellistri are all available.

Anthony Martial’s contract expires in June, and he will leave as a free agent.

United are walking a Financial Fair Play tightrope and failure to qualify for the Champions League would only worsen their position.
