A Premier League supercomputer, Online Betting Guide (OLBG), has predicted that Manchester City’s Erling Haaland will win this season’s Golden Boot prize.

Haaland has clinched the prize in his first two seasons at the Etihad.

The Norway striker scored 35 goals in 2022-23 and 27 in 2023-24.

OLBG has now said Haaland has a 57.0 percent chance of winning it for a third straight year.

Liverpool winger, Mohamed Salah, who has been given only a 9.1 percent chance of pipping Haaland to the honour.

Salah last won it in 2021-22, sharing the gong with Tottenham’s Son Heung-min.

Behind Salah is Liverpool team-mate Darwin Nunez and Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins, who were both given a 6.7 percent chance of being the leading scorer.

Chelsea’s talisman, Cole Palmer and Newcastle striker, Alexander Isak, have only been given a 5.9 per cent chance.
