Former Chelsea defender, Frank Leboeuf has snubbed Manchester City and named Arsenal as the team to win the Premier League title this season.

The new 2023/24 Premier League season will start on Friday, with Man City taking on Burnley.

Man City won the Premier League title last season ahead of runner-up Arsenal.

But Leboeuf believes Arsenal will win the Premier League title this season because the Gunners have a good team.

Speaking on ESPN FC, Leboeuf said: “I think Manchester City could have an off-season after the treble, so I think Manchester City may be off it. I don’t like my list.

“I don’t like my prediction because I see the Gunners finishing first and I can’t accept that. But that is a possibility. They have a very good team.”
