Manchester United boss, Ruben Amorim, has revealed what he wants to do for Marcus Rashford at the club.

Amorim dropped Rashford from the Red Devils’ squad that defeated Manchester City last weekend.

The Portuguese later made it clear that he is ready to implement high standards in the club.

His decision to drop Rashford led to speculations that the England attacker could seek to leave the club next year.

However, speaking ahead of Man United’s Carabao Cup clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday, Amorim stated categorically that he wants to help Rashford to get back to his best form for the club.

“United need big talent and he’s a big talent, so he just needs to perform at highest level. That’s my focus,” Amorim said about Rashford.

“I just want to help Marcus. We are better with Marcus.

“I will try different things to push Marcus to the best levels he showed in the past.”
