Belgium midfielder Kevin de Bruyne has ruled out any possibility of retiring from international football after the Euro 2024 tournament in Germany.
De Bruyne said he has not decided whether to quit Belgium’s national team, adding that he has played for his country for ten years.
The Manchester City star has so far played a key role in helping Belgium secure four points from two games at Euro 2024.
“I haven’t really thought about whether this is the end of my international career,” De Bruyne told the media (via Mirror).
“I don’t like thinking about when I am retiring or my future. I have not decided when I’m going to finish.”
He added: “I have been playing in this team for ten years and I have a lot of knowledge to pass on to the younger players but honestly, I have not decided when I am going to finish.”
