Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick has urged the club not to sell Fermin Lopez and Eric Garcia this summer.
Barcelona are keen on selling a few of their players this summer to raise money to improve Flick’s squad ahead of the new season.
However, according to SPORT (via Barca Universal) that Flick has specifically requested that both Garcia and Lopez should not be sold this summer by the Blaugrana.
Both Spanish players have been attracting interest this summer but Flick is keen for them to remain with the current Barcelona squad for the new season.
Lopez, who was not a regular starter last season, has already received approaches to leave Flick’s side this summer after contributing eight goals and nine assists for Barcelona as they won the LaLiga title last season.
Garcia, on the other hand, was on the brink of leaving the club in January, with Como and Girona very keen to sign him for the second half of the season.
However, the defender was convinced by Flick to remain at Camp Nou, and he played a key role in the second half of the season for the Catalan club.
