Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has made a generous donation of 500 goats to the Muslim community in celebration of Eid ul Adha. The donation event took place at Uhuru Park, where Governor Sakaja expressed his dedication to fostering unity among Nairobi residents through effective service delivery.
During his speech, Governor Sakaja emphasized the importance of leaders in Nairobi fulfilling their promises to constituents and avoiding divisive tribal politics. He urged everyone to keep the less fortunate in mind, particularly during the festive season of Eid.
Governor Sakaja also highlighted the recent reopening of Uhuru Park, inviting the public to take advantage of the newly revamped space. He noted that the park provides a wonderful setting for Nairobians to gather and celebrate their traditions amidst the park’s beautiful scenery.
