“Amelowa” hitmaker Harmonize is done playing nice and is ready to take legal action against his former boss Diamond Platinumz’s recording label Wasafi Records over his music royalties.

Gloves are clearly off and things have now gotten heated as Harmonize is no longer speaking in parables but mentioning people by name.

Harmonize maintains that since walking out of Wasafi all his music royalties have been going to the music label (even though he paid the exit fee) as well as a music distributing company known as Mziiki.

“Wasafi and Mziiki have partnered to mess with me yet I have done them no wrong.

It’s been a hustle trying to get what is rightfully mine from them so that I can feed my family just like they are doing with their families.

Why would they deny me access to my Intellectual Property rights (IP) and while at it they continue to collect money from my IPs on my behalf??” Harmonize angrily wrote.

He added that he was finalizing details with his lawyers and would soon take the legal battle to court.

Konde Boy added that in his fight for his money he had also sort assistance from Tanzania’s newly appointed Assistant Minister for Culture and Arts Mwana FA to help him in getting his royalties.

Diamond has been on the record several times defending WCB by saying that as much as he is out to promote talent and support upcoming artists, he is also a businessman and Wasafi is a business.

As such when he takes in artists he makes an investment in them by financing their music and shows, and when many get success fame and money they only want to enjoy it alone not putting into consideration his business investment in them.

2 weeks ago in a series of long Instagram rants Konde Boy revealed that for 7 years he has never received a penny from his music.

The “Amelowa” hit maker launched the claims on his insta stories where he angrily revealed that someone was reaping off his hard work.

In the post he highlighted he had had enough and was now going after his money.

“I know you can’t believe this but I have never collected 1.USD from publishing all the music that I’ve been dropping over 7 years 🤔 Over 💯 HIT SONGS remember I own the Master but I don’t know who is collecting 💰 💰🤷‍♂️“started off the musician.

He went on to add, “Lol I need them Back Remember I have one 👧 I’m here for her Future I need Good Life 2 worked so hard to be here.
