The Kenyan community in the United States is grieving after a young man from Kabete, Kiambu County, was found dead in his apartment in the Seattle area of Washington state just weeks after completing his nursing studies.
Kinuthia Ndekei, the son of Peter Ndekei Kinuthia and Njeri Ndiho Ndekei, reportedly died in his sleep on the night of Friday, September 5, 2026.
The circumstances of his passing have left family members and friends in deep shock and immense grief.
