‎Footage from the burial, which was live-streamed online, captured the sombre outdoor service held beneath a canopy tent.

‎Mourners dressed in black held white flowers, and a framed photograph of Amal was placed near the open grave as a preacher delivered a religious eulogy in the background.

‎Among the most affecting moments caught on camera was Chidzuga consoling one of her other daughters during the service.

‎Shortly after, as mourners began casting soil onto the lowered casket, Mungatana moved to his daughter’s side, holding her close in a quiet embrace that said more than words could.
