Rangers manager, Philippe Clement claimed Cyriel Dessers is gradually becoming an important player in his team.

Dessers scored the winning goal in Rangers’ 2-1 win at St. Mirren on Sunday.

It was the forward’s 20th goal across all competitions for the Gers this season.

Clement praised the striker for his effort since his arrival at the Ibrox this season.
“Cyriel keeps digging in and keeps fighting for the team,” Clement told Rangers TV.

“He works really hard and then the moments come, that’s what we tell him all the time and that’s what he’s proving now in these last couple of months when he is scoring a lot of goals and when he becomes more and more important for the club.”
