Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has named Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo as his idol in football.

The England international said he admired the Al Nassr forward a lot.

The 22-year-old spoke ahead of England’s Nations League clash with Greece on Thursday.

Speaking about his idol in football, Madueke said (as per Mirror Football): “Cristiano Ronaldo is my idol. I admire a lot of things about him.”

Madueke joined Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven in January 2023.

He has been impressive for Enzo Maresca’s side so far this season.
