Kenyan businessman and city fashion designer Bolo Bespoke has praised his wife for standing by him, describing her as a strong woman who has supported his growth, protected him, and helped him become the person he is today.
In a post shared on Instagram on Monday, October 12, 2026, Bolo reflected on their relationship, saying he would marry her twice because of the role she has played in his life.
“Today, before everybody here, I’m saying this once again. I’m going to marry you twice,” he said.
Bolo described his wife as a dependable partner who has walked with him through different stages of life, adding that he does not take her support for granted.
“This woman has nurtured me into who I am today. This woman has protected me. This woman has walked with me, she has built with me, and she has taken care of me,” he said.
Bolo speaks about his wife’s strength
The businessman also spoke about his wife’s emotional strength, explaining that she rarely cries and that seeing her emotional during a previous gathering had made him realise how deeply the occasion had affected her.
He recalled that, in the 10 years they had been together, he had only seen her cry twice before that moment, following the deaths of her grandfather and aunt. According to Bolo, the experience showed him how much the occasion meant to her.
“She is not easily moved. She is very powerful, very strong, and she holds me so many times. So, when you see mwenyewe cries, get to know that the grounds have shaken, and action must follow,” he said.
He added that his wife is someone who follows through on her promises, describing her as determined and committed to the people around her.
He praises her for uplifting others
Beyond their marriage, Bolo praised his wife for the way she treats people, saying she has a habit of helping those around her grow. He noted that she has been good to his family and to the people within her circle, adding that he admires her ability to recognise potential in others.
“You are good to everybody, and I’ve proved that. You are good to my family, you are good to me, and above all, you have a broad view of what each person in your circle should be,” he said.
He added that her willingness to uplift others was one of the qualities he valued most about her. “You see the good in people, and that’s why everybody says you are connected. Madam, please give me some of your connections. Because when I also grow up, I want to be you,” he added.
Bolo dismisses claims about marriage
In the same post, Bolo joked about rumours surrounding marriage, suggesting that people sometimes spread negative stories to discourage others from settling down.
“Ati marriage hubamba mafala we daganywa tu ndio usioe.. skiza rumours kabisa. Sijakaliwa mimi ni respect tu!” he wrote.
His remarks appeared to challenge the idea that marriage necessarily holds people back, instead presenting his own relationship as one built on respect, support and partnership.
Bolo’s message comes as he publicly celebrates the woman he credits with helping him grow, both personally and in his wider relationships.
