Famous British singer Adele has gone on sabbatical.

The 16-time Grammy winner announced to attendees at her concert in Munich on Saturday that she needs “a rest.”

She explained that she had been working hard for the past seven years and now was the time for her to enjoy the benefits of her hard work.

“It has been amazing, I just need a rest. I have spent the last 7 years building a life for myself, and I want to live it now,” she said.

NEWSUNPLUGKE recalls that Adele recently confirmed her engagement to her American boyfriend, Rich Paul.

The ‘Hello’ hitmaker revealed that she’s getting married during a performance in Munich, Germany, on August 9.
