I’m blessed: Salasya over the moon after meeting Prophet Owuor

Mumias East MP Peter Salasya attended Prophet David Owuor’s end-of-year crusade held at Technology Farm in Nakuru, an event that drew thousands of worshippers from different parts of the country.

The gathering was organised by the Repentance and Holiness Ministry and marked the climax of a series of prayer meetings and a pastor’s conference held in the city.

Salasya shared his experience from the crusade on his Instagram page on Friday, January 2, 2025, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to attend the religious meeting. He described the event as a blessing and highlighted the message on the fear of God and spiritual wisdom that was preached during the service.

“The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. So blessed to attend the pastors’ conference of the Repentance and Holiness Ministry in Nakuru. Am blessed,” Salasya shared on his Instagram.

During the crusade, Prophet David Owuor acknowledged the presence of the Mumias East legislator before the large congregation. The preacher prayed for Salasya and spoke about their long association, recalling his time as a student leader at Egerton University. Salasya knelt as prayers were offered for his leadership and political journey.

“The highest leader in this country has visited us, I want to give him the microphone to greet you. You will always be my son before you are a politician. You were at Egerton University as a student leader. I must bless you eterneally here today. “Let me bless you political career and you will see what will happen,” Prophet Owuor stated.

The Nakuru crusade attracted massive crowds, with worshippers filling Technology Farm for several days. The meetings featured prayers, worship sessions and sermons focused on repentance, holiness and national renewal. Pastors from different regions also attended a special conference held alongside the crusade.

The religious gathering had a noticeable impact on Nakuru town, with increased activity and crowds in surrounding areas as followers streamed in for the meetings. Prophet Owuor’s crusades are known for drawing large numbers and remain among the most attended religious events in the country.
