Internet sensation Peter Kabi alias Kabi wa Jesus is getting dragged over a TikTok video that seemingly struck the wrong chord with a section of his fans terming it culturally unacceptable.

In a video, Kabi is filmed dancing with his mother-in-law to a popular Burna Boy’s song dubbed ‘Rollercoster’.

The video has stirred mixed reactions forcing him to address the matter in the wake of the controversy.

The father of three had this say;

“It has come to my attention that the video I did with my Mother-in-love Mrs Ng’ang’a having some good time, having fun enjoying ourselves. And I found out some of you were not happy with that video because I understand you are hurting, and your mind is having some backwardness.”

Kabi wa Jesus faults critics

Kabi wa Jesus also shut down critics saying they misinterpreted the video and he will neither apologize nor does acknowledge their reactions.

“I would like you to discuss your opinions with your sisters, I’m not them. Your opinion is not going to affect my relationship with my Mother-in-love. We are taking over TikTok, one hater at a time.”
