Media personality Kamene Goro has finally responded to critics over viral video of her washing omena with soap and disinfectant broke the internet.
Speaking via her Insta stories, the former radio presenter told off trolls still hang up on the omena issue saying she is at the beach.
On Wednesday, June 15, 2023, the recently wedded media personality shocked KOT, with her omena cooking styles that Obinna and DJ Bonez, her husband were witness to.

Kamene took the lead to the kitchen sink assembling her ingredients which included soap and disinfectant.
While at it she got an apron for herself and her cook partner Obinna while she narrated how she is going to prepare the infamous meal.
“I want us to clean the omena, to remove the smell… I’ve done this several times,” she jested.
Putting a basin to fetch hot water from the sink, the radio presenter pour some disinfectant and soap in the water.
“why are you putting soap,” curious Obinna asked looking concerned.
“Si to clean it and remove the bad smell,” Kamene answered half serious.
DJ Bonez, a concerned husband approached her asking what she was doing while trying to snatch the basin from her.
“soap! soap! soap! Sabuni yaani” Bonez shocked over what was happening.
“Babe, I will rinse it after this,” Kamene replied
“Tutahara,” DJ Bonez cut in.
Lossely translated as, (we will diarrhoea.)
Kamene Goro went ahead to explain that she has done this before and he did not not diarrhoea.
A concerned Obinna asked if she has ever cooked omena and Bonez said she has never even attempted for they just buy for their pet.
Obinna asked Bonez to let her prepare one of the packs using her procedure.
A very busy Kamene said she believed she was in the right track and they should let her do it.
” This is the only way to prepare it, my procedure was okay,” she justified
“If you had let me do it, ingeslap,” she added
