Pastor Kanyari has shared a message of support after gifting Ksh50,000 to a woman linked to a viral stripping video.

The incident happened at his church, where he openly addressed the woman and spoke about compassion and support.

“When the world is against you, churches should be there for you, for we all know that Jesus came for the sinners,” he said as he handed over the money on a video shared on social media on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Kanyari told the woman that judgment from the public should not stop her from seeking help.

“Many will judge you, but I promised to stand with you and support you. The journey has just started,” he said.

He added that she should never feel ashamed to approach him.
