In the latest twist to the ongoing saga involving nominated senator Karen Nyamu and her baby daddy, Samidoh Muchoki, the famous Mugithi artist has denied being gifted a bottle of alcohol worth Sh 420,000.

The issue arose after an Instagram user commented on Karen’s page, suggesting that Samidoh had neglected the gift she allegedly purchased for him on Father’s Day.

Responding to the comment, Karenzo Nyamu, as she is known on Instagram, directed her response to @kendyreborn, saying, “Tell him next time not to show up. I didn’t even mention him. I have a dad and two baby daddies.”

The statement from Karen implies that she had not specifically intended the gift for Samidoh.

This controversy comes after Sue Gachambi, in a previous TikTok video, accused Karen Nyamu of lying about gifting her baby daddy.

The video shows Nyamu entering a liquor store and asking for the most expensive alcohol available for Father’s Day.

She can be heard jokingly stating that the Sh 420,000 bottle of cognac she eventually purchased was equivalent to buying a Toyota Vitz.

Karen Nyamu proudly shared a screenshot of the purchase receipt on her Instagram stories, possibly in an attempt to silence any doubts surrounding the gift.

However, Samidoh has dismissed the claims, referring to them as social media rumors that should not be taken seriously.

“Hehe, hizo ni vipindiree za social media usichukulie serious sana. Naweza rogwa bure. (Those are side shows for social media’s sake. Don’t take them too seriously. I can be cursed over that for no good reason.)“

The public back-and-forth between Karen Nyamu and Samidoh continues to captivate fans and followers, with many expressing their opinions and taking sides on social media.
