The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) has announced a partnership with AMCCO Properties to provide secure and innovative real estate solutions for Kenyans living abroad. Through this collaboration, AMCCO aims to transform the real estate landscape for the diaspora community by offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.

The partnership will provide access to a variety of services, including property buying, selling, and investment opportunities, all supported by comprehensive market analysis and expert guidance. Speaking at the launch in Nairobi, KNCCI diaspora committee chairperson Simon Nyagah emphasized their commitment to creating market access through the diaspora network.

Nyagah said they have lined up several roadshows targeting the diaspora market, making this a perfect opportunity for AMCCO to tap into new ventures.
He emphasised their role in strengthening ties between the diaspora and the Kenyan business community.

“Our mission is to create an environment where Kenyans in overseas can invest in the country without any challenges,” he said.
AMCCO’s managing director James Muturi said they have partnered with financial institutions to offer financial options for the land buyers.
He also outlined the company’s vision to expand into broader investment projects in the near future.
